My make-over appointment with you last week, well, it certainly was one of the
most meaningful and memorable experiences I've ever had as Michelle. It was so
much more than I expected or hoped for. You both made me feel comfortable, confident,
attractive and feminine. Madeline remarked how I seemed to be "glowing".
Well, that was a pretty accurate assessment of how I was feeling throughout my
entire visit. More than anything, I guess I needed the chance to talk about cross-dressing
with people who have been there, who understand and had so much sound advice to
offer. You really opened some doors for me. Best of luck with the bed and breakfast
retreat. We will be booking an overnight next time, and will enjoy going out for
a meal and drinks.

again wish to express my sincere thanks for your support, trust,friendship and
assisstance over the past two days. Day one: The Consultation.Whilst a big step
for Bill, was one that had to be made at some point in time. However, the beauty
of that day was your understanding and ability to make me feel welcome, and that
you were there to assist me in that journey.
Day two: The make-over. What
I can say , it brought out the true Wendy. Dennis (Kenike in Hawaiian) your make-over
was masterful and you are truly very supportive. Dennis, thank you for being the
photographer. Madeline, you made me feel like a princess, fussing over everything.
The biggest factor in retrospect is that it brought Wendy out and gave her immense
confidence. I would not have thought, although Dennis (Kenike in Hawaiian) sensed
it from the outset that after the make-over, Wendy would drive home en-femme.
Wendy was on such a high she could have partied all night.

I found the experience at DCWD with Madeline and Kenike far exceed my expectations. They showed a level of understanding and care that I had never previously encountered despite many hours spent with specialist counselors and psychiatrists.
After a few guarded and tentative moments I found that I could express myself fully to a couple who could appreciate the whole range of feelings that I had encountered on my journey and allow me to speak freely and openly without guilt. They were able to discern my limits and kept a nurturing environment for the whole stay.
On top of that they were able to show me better ways of presenting myself as a female that were truly amazing to me.
It goes without saying that I would recommend CDWD to anyone at any stage of their development, progress or journey. It was not just the feminine aspect of me that felt this way although I spent the entire time as a female.

 I like to think that I am one of the success stories attributed to this lovely couple. Being a mature person long in the closet, I was unsure how they could help me, but from my first visit I knew that Madeline and Kenike were genuinely concerned to do their best for me.
Under their expert guidance and encouragement I soon developed a ladylike style that suited my age, and felt confident enough to join them in escorted visits to some discreet restaurants where we enjoyed great cuisine.
In their company I knew I was secure, and so was able to experience the liberating sensation of being taken as one of a group of women enjoying themselves on a pleasant social occasion.
I now regard Mads and Kenike as treasured friends, and with the confidence they have given me, I have been able to go out shopping and sightseeing independently. I only wish I had met them a long time ago.

As I walked up the path to their home I was filled with anticipation and anxiety but the latter was soon dispelled.
They treated me with warmth, respect and gentleness and I immediately felt comfortable.
I have used other dressing services in Australia and the UK but have not had such a positive experience as with Kenike and Madeline. I think the fact they have traversed the journey themselves and that Kenike is transgendered, and Madeline a partner, means that their understanding and rapport is special.
Because of their non judgmental and non pushy nature, I felt more accepting, especially of myself. They never push their ideas upon you - ironically, even though they were not at all pushy, I ended up going on my first outing in public (accompanied by Madeline) that night! I can honestly say that in one night they gave me something to take away and last for a long, long time
